For over three decades, I've walked the halls of hospitals, clinics, and care facilities across multiple nursing specialties. I've held the hands of patients who were scared. I've translated complex medical jargon into plain language for worried families. I've seen firsthand what happens when people fall through the cracks of a system that wasn't designed with them in mind.

That's why I founded JRose Healthcare Consulting. Not as just another healthcare service — but as a bridge. A bridge between patients and the systems that are supposed to serve them. A bridge built on trust, clinical expertise, and genuine care for every person who walks through our door.

As an RN Case Manager with a Master of Science in Nursing, I bring both the clinical depth and the operational understanding needed to truly advocate for my patients.
