Does insurance cover these services?
JRose Healthcare Consulting is a private-pay service. We do not bill insurance directly. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover care navigation services — check with your plan administrator. Medicare chronic care management is available through our clinic partnership model.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days notice.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All services are delivered virtually through our HIPAA-compliant platform (Jane App). This means you can access care from the comfort of your home, regardless of where you are in Louisiana or beyond.
What if I need something that's not in my plan?
We're flexible. If your needs change, we can adjust your plan or add on services. Just reach out and we'll figure out the best approach together.
How quickly will Kimberly respond?
Standard response time is within 24 hours for messages and inquiries. Concierge Care members receive priority response. We do not provide emergency or same-day urgent care — for emergencies, always call 911.
Is this a substitute for my doctor?
No. JRose Healthcare Consulting works alongside your existing medical team — we do not replace your physicians. We help you navigate, coordinate, and advocate within the care you're already receiving.
